-
We Are Technology-Agnostic
Large consulting firms may downplay the importance of a technology-agnostic organizational change strategy. Why? Because that’s not their subject matter expertise. Their capabilities are focused on implementing technology solutions and not the balanced mix of emotional, intelligent, and leadership skills required to ensure the people adopt and embrace the changes in the new working environment.

Carole’s Philosophy
Carole knows a few things about change.
As she likes to say, “Love and Change are Hard Fought Things.”
She gave up a promising medical career in Germany to pursue her dream of starting a management consulting company in the US. She switched learning tracks, attended a business school in Chicago, got recruited from one of the top 5 consulting firms and after years of working and honing her consulting skills she founded her own firm. She has faced many challenges since she left the medical field; living in a different continent away from her family and friends but her passion, enthusiasm helped her keep focused to her end goal.
Life rewarded her by reuniting her with her high school sweetheart whom she married a few years later. Today they live happily with their beautiful two daughters in Atlanta, Georgia.
